Happy Friday!! ITS AVATAR UPDATE TIME!!!!

We have a VRAM patch for all of our active avatars, Sol, Lun, Bunny, Bat, Columbia, and Delorah! This patch includes:

For All:

Update all VCC Packages, Poiyomi 8.1
VRAM Pass! All avatars cut down to about a third of their original VRAM with minimal quality loss! (aka 600 MBs to 150 or less for Reds, 200 MBs to 70 or less for greens )
Outlines have been reduced and preview poses polished!
View position tweaked to T-Pose state. Should be closer to your eyes now!
Eye Movement is now more excited than calm

Delorah:

Opti Delorah separated into two skins, Default and Tarnished for VRAM update

Columbia:

FIXED Miniskirt toggle not saving
When both Miniskirt and Overskirt are toggled, whole skirt is now turned invisible.
FIXED Coat Alt Skin hiding PJs
Alt Skin toggle removed from Optimized, but Skintone shift to Demon kept!

Bat/Bunny:

Mesh fix of the star in the eyes!
Turned Bunny's hat off in Unity to fix Floating Hat in Avatar Preview! This doesn't effect anything!

VRC Currently has a known bug where parameters don't save, this is NOT because of our update! We will keep an eye on it once they issue a fix!

This is NOT an edit/altered package friendly update! Please make a fresh new package, AND PLEASE do not import multiple NE Avatars into one Unity Project! Thank you!
